How to Delete Your Account
At Majlis Hypermarket, we value your privacy. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data using one of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The quickest way to delete your data is directly within the Majlis Hypermarket Mobile App:
- Open the Majlis App and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap on Settings (Gear Icon).
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your request. Your account and data will be removed immediately.
Option 2: Manual Request via Email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, please send an email to our data protection team:
- Email: info@majlishypermarket.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Required Info: Please provide your registered Phone Number used in the app.
Manual requests are processed within 24–48 hours.
What Data is Removed?
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently erased from our production servers:
- Your Name, Email, and Phone Number.
- Stored Delivery Addresses.
- Order History (Anonymized for accounting purposes).
- Authentication profile in Firebase.
